We have about 5 choices in life on what we want to do with ourselves. 1. We can be bad at what we do. 2. We can be average at what we do. 3. We can be good at what we do. 4. We can be excellent or 5. We can be elite at what we do. And everybody has a choice at what they want to do and how they want to do it but if you’re trying to be EXCELLENT or ELITE you have to do SPECIAL THINGS!! You have to have SPECIAL INTENSITY, you have to have SPECIAL FOCUS, you have to have a SPECIAL COMMITMENT and a SPECIAL DRIVE and a SPECIAL PASSION to do things at a high level and high standard not just some times but all the time. It doesn’t matter what God given ability that you have. That probably can make you good but without the “Special Focus”, “Special Commitment”, “Special Drive”, “Special Passion” I’m not sure you get to be EXCELLENT or ELITE status and that’s the part we at Maximum Performance Speed Academy & RADL Track Club is trying to get you to!! So, I need to know what are you trying to be? Are you trying to be Bad, Average, Good, Excellent or Elite? If you are trying to be bad or average, I don’t think this program is for you but if you are trying to be “Good” or “Excellent”, or “Elite”, we have a place for you to grow from “Good” to “Excellent” and from “Excellent” to “Elite” but again, the choice is yours! I will not pressure you in being who you want to be but if I see that you want to be average or just plain out bad, I will be forced to ask you to find another place to be because over here we are trying to do SPECIAL THINGS to become BETTER than just GOOD,  I want to see you become EXCELLENT and ELITE and not just on the track or in the field but I want you to be EXCELLENT and ELITE at home, in the classroom, at the grocery store, when someone is watching you and when nobody is watching you. I want you to be that way all the time!! I want it to be your life!! I want it to become you and define who you are a person and an athlete! Let’s be EXCELLENT and ELITE not only for ourselves, but for your Club, Parents, Community but most importantly, to GOD! He deserves that much from you!!! Colossians 3:23-24 says, “23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; 24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. Let us all serve HIM in EXCELLENCE AND IN GREATNESS!!
