Maximum Performance Speed Academy believes that speed is a crucial component of any athletic sport. Clients receive personalized training based on their age and ability to complete the sessions.
We can accommodate your needs, but we typically don’t recommend that you train more than 4x per week in order to allow your body sufficient recovery time.
Consistency and mindset are the two most important factors to gaining the most from your training sessions. You will see continuous improvements week to week in all areas of your fitness as long as you are consistent with your training week to week and you show up ready to push and elevate yourself to achieve your utmost potential.
Ill travel as far as 80 miles to train. Extra fees will apply to compensate for the distance traveled.
Our personal training sessions are an hour long and your initial session begins with an assessment of your exercise history, form and posture. We create a program around what your goals are and what your body needs. Our objective is to get you moving optimally with proper alignment so you maintain great body functioning, gain the most from your training program and stay pain-free and injury-free all while helping you achieve your goals.
Yes, Maximum Performance Speed Academy offers 1 on 1 training sessions if you are not comfortable training with another individual or group.
Maximum Performance Speed Academy works with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners, athletes, and seniors. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and abilities.
